Hathaqa Law Firm; The name of the law firm was chosen very carefully to expose our team interest in taking good care of any client, as a matter of fact; client’s case or advice is one of the most important priorities of the company enhanced by adequate attention, which as a result will initiate the development of appropriate solutions with high quality standards to achieve client’s needs and legal advice, whether the case is a commercial, labor, administrative, general, personal, penal, execution, or relevant to any judicial or quasi-judicial committees through a group of qualified professional team members who are well qualified in this field.
We aim to provide the best methodology that serve the client with skill, creativity and gentle care, and one of our most important priorities is to put the client in the middle of the truth and follow up on his new case in a modern technical way without the need of attending our headquarters.

Introductive Brief
Holds several academic & specialized certifications, beside many training courses in the field of law and Shariaa. He has also coached more than 50 notaries and lieutenant’s judge, and more than 50 students on judicial work. Holds a PhD from the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Umm Al-Qura University, and a master's degree from the Higher Institute of Judiciary at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University with honors, and a bachelor's degree from Faculty of Sharia and Fundamentals of Religion.
An expert in endowments and inheritance division, experienced in regular & legal cases for more than 13 years, where he worked as a judge between the General Court in Khamis Mushait and Abha, Makkah, the Personal Affairs Court in Makkah, and finally the Executive Court in Riyadh. He is also a member of several associations, including the Saudi Jurisprudence Society at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University in Riyadh. Justin Society, King Saud University, Riyadh.
He has done several research, including those in the Holy Qur'an and the search for the right in the Holy Quran and the first class courts, a comparative study between the old and new regime and the provisions of Islam, and search for graduation of branches on the jurisprudential bases of the book of “Kashaf Alqenaa” in “Alhodood” book, and doctoral research about Endowments and Wills
